Provide a general note that all roof and ground-mounted mechanical equipment shall be screened from view or isolated so as not to be visible from any public right- of-way or residential district within 150' of the subject lot, measured from a point five feet above grade. Such screening shall be coordinated with the building architecture and scale to maintain a unified appearance. 2. Please be aware that signs are permitted separately. 3. The existing dumpster will need gates to screen it from the right-of-way. 4. Per the Fire Marshall's office (Steve Smith) the proposed fire hydrant located in the interior island adjacent to Graham Road will need to be relocated to the corner of Graham and the private drive. This will allow the FDC to be relocated on the west end island, of the first set of five parking spaces. The FDC is required to be located next to a fire lane. 5. Site specific note #5 needs to be changed to tmichalsky@cstx.gov 6. General not #13 needs to be changed to (UDO) Unified Development Ordinance. Ordinance #1638 is no longer applicable. 7.
