I plan on putting two 24'x40' buildings together to form one building. Once the building is installed on the concrete slab I will then put hardy plank on the outsides of the building so it will look exactly like the rest of the property. The .roof will be identical as well. Right now the area where I want to put the building has 26 shrubbery points. I plan on going the extra mile, by not only replacing the existing 26 points, but also by adding 14 more points plus five 30 gallon trees to further hide the building from pedestrian traffic in the Wolf Pen Creek area. Based on our conversation yesterday, I understand we may build our 14' X 40' maintenance facility if we complete the following steps: • Provide the city with a single page site plan presenting the proposed new building with access ramps and any replaced landscape. • Place the building at least 15' from the existing buildings. • Replace any shrubbery or "point" landscape destroyed by the construction. I understand this project will not require any additional irrigation system installation or new landscaping plan. I am including a picture of the proposed new building. The new building will use our existing color scheme and accents currently on our property. This has been approved by the Wolf Pen Creek Design Review Board. Will this minor site plan require approval from the City of College Station Design Review Board or the Planning and Zoning Commission? If so, what are the meeting dates and submission deadlines? We hope to start work on this project shortly. Please call me at your earliest convenience if I have misunderstood any of the requirements.
