STAFF REPORT MEMORANDUM May 6, 2003 TO: Planning and Zoning Commission FROM: Spencer Thompson Email: sthompson @ci.college- station.tx.us SUBJECT: FINAL PLAT - RESIDENTIAL for WESTFIELD ADDITION PH 2B (FP) Item: Consideration, discussion and possible action on a Final Plat for Westfield Addition Phase 2B (FP), consisting of 11 lots on 2.4 acres located at Meadow View Drive and Graham Road (03- 00500103) Applicant: Rick Jenkins for Mainstreet Homes Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat. Item Summary: This item is for the consideration of a Final Plat for Westfield Addition Phase 2B. This portion of Westfield Phase two was truncated to allow for separate development. This phase requires the construction of Meadow View Drive and the extension of utilities across it. This is the next to last phase of Westfield Addition. There are 4 Tots remaining in Westfield Phase 3B to be platted. These lots were contingent upon the construction of Meadow View and the extension of water. Comprehensive Plan Considerations: Land Use Plan: Shown as single - family residential. Thoroughfare Plan: Graham Road is a Major Collector. Parkland Dedication: Parkland dedication has been met.
