The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please note: The City will not be responsible for replacement of the shed that encroaches into the sanitary sewer easement should The City ever have to work in that easement. 2. Developer installs conduit as per city specs and design. 2. Developer provides 30' of rigid conduit for riser pole(s). Developer installs first 10'. City installs remainder. 3. Developer pours transformer pad(s) per city specs and design. 4. Developer installs pull boxes as per city specs and design. (pull boxes provided by the city). 5. Developer provides digital AutoCAD 2002 version of plat and/or site plan. Email to rbolin@cstx.gov. 6. Developer provides load data for project. 7. Developer installs street lighting per city specs and design. 8. Developer provides temporary blanket easement for construction purposes. 9. Developer provides easements for electric infrastructure as installed for electric lines (including street lighting). 10. Developer provides 15' PUE along line at S53D51'40"E for 149.80'. Which is along NE property line for entire length of property. 11. Developer provides 10" PUE along line at N49D32'42"W for 141.56'. Which is along Texas Ave, for entire length of property. 12. Developer changes 10' sanitary easement to 10' PUE, along line at N41 D58'29"E for 576.52' for entire length of property.
