Item Summary: This replat consists of moving a lot line between two lots, and adding a common access and parking easement so the property may function as a single building plot. The property is zoned Wolf Pen Creek and has been used, and is proposed to be used, for commercial purposes. Park access and the minimum reservation area were previously dedicated. Comprehensive Plan Considerations: This property is in compliance with the Land Use Plan and the Wolf Pen Creek Master Plan. The property has frontage on Highway 6, which is a freeway and expressway on the Thoroughfare Plan and Holleman Drive, which is a minor arterial.
