Some items have been revised on the site plan based on your conversation with Benjamin Knox on March 1 which are not staff comments. The fountain and train tracks have been removed. They are to be built at a later time (not part of this contract). This caused the landscape calculations to be revised (no credit for the fountain). As a result of the revised landscape calculation, three trees and 3 shrubs have been added along the North property line.
