The following is the preliminary list of items needed to complete the submittal so that staff may conduct a thorough review. Please submit the following information by 10 a.m. on any Monday for review that week: The applicable ordinance section that is requested to be varied from needs to be filled out on page 1 of the application. The specific variation that is being sought needs to be filled out on page 2 of the application. The only answer provided was "metal siding". If wanting to seek a variance to reduce the maximum allowed metal siding, it needs to be stated in the application. Question 2 on page 2 of the application needs to be filled out and answered. Please be aware that if this application is not completed before Feb ruary 6th, it will expire and a new application and fees will be necessary to continue the variance process.
