Call to order and Roll Call. 2. Possible action concerning requests for absences of members. 3. Hear visitors. 4. Consideration, discussion, and possible approval of minutes from the January 14, 2020 meeting. 5. Presentation, discussion, and possible action on appointing a Vice Chair. 6. Presentation, discussion, possible action on the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Grant Process. 7. Presentation, discussion, possible action on naming the Castlegate Basketball Court after Alex Caruso. 8. Presentation, discussion, possible action on combining Central Park and adjacent Greenways as one park. 9. Strategic Planning: Short and Long term. • Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding Parks and Recreation Advisory Board Goals. 10. Report, possible action, and discussion concerning the current Parks Projects Summary and Dedications of Less than Five Acres from Rusty Warncke. • None 11. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on future agenda items: A Board Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given.
