Good afternoon Ghandi,
I am emailing you in regards to the rezoning application we have in for 107 Krenek Tap Road. As of today we have the
request scheduled for the April 16th Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.To make this meeting I will need to send
the public notices out by tomorrow afternoon (March 25th). What is hinging on the notices being sent out is that I am
requesting some revisions to the rezoning map submitted with the application. As part of what is required to be
illustrated on the map, existing easements and public rights-of-way bounding or intersecting the property should be
shown.There also needs to be a title block on the map including the address and what the request is(Rezoning from GS
General Suburban to GC General Commercial),the acreage of the property,the legal description, who is preparing the
request, and the date prepared. Given the requested revisions do you feel this is something that could be resubmitted
to our office by April 1St? If not, it would be best to reschedule the hearing to the next available meeting date. I can go
ahead and send the notices out if you say it is okay, but please know that if we do not get the rezoning map by April 1St I
will have to pull it from the meeting. If that happens the cost to send out the ads will be at your expense. Please let me
know as soon as possible how you would like to proceed.

following is the preliminary list of items needed to complete the submittal. Please submit the
following information so this application can be forwarded for review:
The application states when the owner of a property is a company, proof of
authority documents need to be provided. Provide documents to show the
signing individual can sign on behalf of Brazos Valley Decorative Center, LLC.
Please be aware that if this application is not completed before Monday, April 27, 2015, it will
expire and a new application and fees will be necessary to continue the rezoning process.
